At Smell’N’Tell Fragrances, our mission is to help you find your new favorite scent. We want you to love what you wear. Please read our policy below regarding returns, cancellations, and shipping.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All Sales Final After Shipping: Once an item has been shipped, we do not offer cash refunds.

Scent Satisfaction Guarantee: If you receive your order and are unhappy with the scent, we are happy to offer you a one-time store credit towards a different item or send you a replacement fragrance of your choice. We want you to smell magical, even if the first pick wasn't the one!
CANCELLATIONS

Need to cancel? You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund.

After 24 hours, your order is being processed and cannot be canceled.
DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please email us immediately. We will send you a replacement at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the damaged item in your email so we can take care of it quickly.
SHIPPING & DELAYS

Standard Shipping: Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery (unless Express Shipping was purchased).

Delays: We work hard to get your order out fast, but once a package is with the carrier, delays can happen. We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
